We have been booked for many different occasions, from small intimate weddings to large weddings at Christchurch Priory, as well as major corporate functions at hotels including the  Royal Bath Hotel Bournemouth, and the Marriott in Bournemouth. Our Fees for Weddings, Parties and Functions etc.

For bookings in 2008
1 hour £325,  2 hours £425,  3 hours £525,  4 hours £625,  5 hours £725

For bookings in 2009
1 hour £350,  2 hours £450,  3 hours £550,  4 hours £650,  5 hours £750

These  fees  include  our  transport  costs  within  Dorset.   For  venues out of Dorset we  may add a transportation charge depending on the distance.
Please note we count our time from arrival time to departure time. For example, if we are booked to play 1pm-2pm, no music 2pm-3pm, and play again 3pm-4pm this is counted as a 3 hour booking, and not a 2 hour booking.
Please note on Saturdays we have a 2 hour minimum charge even if you want us to play for less than 2 hours. For any booking over 1 hour we are entitled to a short break, approx 5-10 minutes per hour of playing
.
Occasionally it may be necessary to substitute one or more of our regular players with a player of equal performance standard due to unforseen circumstances such as illness, accidents etc. We will add surcharges on 24th, 25th, 26th & 31st December, and 1st Jauary.

Payment
We take a £125 deposit to secure a booking in our diary. The remaining balance needs to be paid in full on the day of the event. We will issue you with a contract which you sign and return with the deposit.

What we need at an event

-We need 4 chairs without arms arranged in a loose semi circle, and enough space to play, approx. 2.5 metres x 3.5 metres.
-We need light so we can see our music, and we would appreciate light refreshments (water/soft drinks) at all of our bookings.
-If you would like us to play outside that's fine, but we must be shaded/covered from sun and rain as this is very damaging to our instruments.

What we wear at an event
It's up to you! The men in the quartet can wear the following with black trousers:
---Black DJ with white shirt and black bow tie
---White DJ with white shirt and black bow tie
---Black shirt, no jacket, no bow tie
---Black Tails with white shirt and white bow tie
The ladies normally wear all black. If nothing is specified, the men will wear black shirt, no jacket, no bow tie.
